Abstract

В данной работе раскрыта проблема обеспечения безопасности спасателя, работающего на высоте, а также необходимость разработки рекомендаций и предложений по ее устранению на основе анализа нормативно- правовой документации, сравнения новых и старых правил по охране труда, личного опыта спасателей. Тема ВКР«Обеспечение безопасности при проведении спасательных работ на высоте». Цель данной работы является разработка рекомендаций по повышению уровня безопасности при проведении спасательных работ на высоте. Для достижения данной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1. Проанализировать нормативно-правовую базу, изучить недостатки и противоречия в документации, проанализировать профессиональные риски при работе на высоте, оценить профессиональные риски спасателей. 2. Проанализировать материально-техническое оснащение спасателей, охрану труда и СИЗ при проведении спасательных операций на высоте и разработать рекомендации по их улучшению. 3. Построить практическую модель выполнения спасательных работ на высоте. Объектом исследования - смоделированные практические спасательные работы на высоте. Предметом исследования - охрана труда и обеспечение безопасности спасательных работ на высоте. Результатом данной работы являются идентификация и оценка профессиональных рисков спасателя, а также перечень мер по управлению ими, анализ охраны труда спасателя при работе на высоте, моделирование практического выполнения спасательных работ на высотном объекте, расчет сил, средств и времени выполнения работ.

The problem of ensuring the safety of a rescuer working at height is disclosed in this work, a comparison of new and old rules for labor protection, and personal experience of rescuers. The theme of GQW is "Ensuring safety during rescue operations at altitude." The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving safety during rescue operations at height. It’s necessary to solve the following tasks to achieve this goal: 1. To analyze the existing regulatory framework, to study the shortcomings and contradictions in the documentation, to analyze professional risks when working at height, to assess the professional risks. 2. To analyze the material and technical equipment of the rescuer, labor protection and personal protective equipment during rescue operations at height and develop recommendations for their improvement. 3. Build a practical model for rescue operations at altitude. The object of research is simulated practical rescue operations at height. The subject of the study is labor protection and ensuring the safety of rescue operations at height. The identification and assessment of the professional risks of the lifeguard is the result of this work, as well as a list of measures to manage them, analysis of the lifeguard's labor protection when working at height, modeling of the practical implementation of rescue work at a high-altitude object, calculation of forces, means and time of work.
