
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «СовершенÑтвование ÑиÑтем Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации в нефтегазовом комплекÑе». Предметом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» выбран процеÑÑ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации в нефтегазовом комплекÑе. Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию факторов риÑка при обеÑпечении безопаÑноÑти на ОПО и разработки ÑиÑтемы Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации на объектах нефтегазового комплекÑа. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Ðнализ оÑобенноÑтей ÑиÑтем Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации на объектах нефтегазовой отраÑли. 2. Определение вероÑтных Ñценариев Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ½Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… Ñитуаций на производÑтвенном объекте. 3. Ð˜Ð´ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ клаÑÑÐ¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² риÑка, влиÑющих на обеÑпечение безопаÑноÑти при аварийных ÑитуациÑÑ…. 4. Разработка ÑиÑтемы реагированиÑ, учитывающую факторы риÑка Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации на объектах нефтегазового комплекÑа. 5. Оценка ÑффективноÑти предлагаемой ÑиÑтемы Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ñ‡ были изучены нормативно-правовые акты; общедоÑтупные отчёты гоÑударÑтвенных органов, организаций и учреждений ÑкологичеÑких, прогноÑтичеÑких и техничеÑких иÑÑледований. Также произведены раÑчеты ÑоглаÑно ГОСТам и РД. Методом анализа иерархий были определены наиболее значимые факторы риÑка. Идентифицированы факторы риÑка при обеÑпечении безопаÑноÑти на опаÑном производÑтвенном объекте в нефтегазовом комплекÑе. Ðайдены завиÑимоÑти времени Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийную Ñитуацию, правильноÑти выполнениÑ, Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ñти Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² единицу времени от параметров функционального ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‡ÐµÐ»Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐºÐ° при реагировании на аварийные Ñитуации. Предложена ÑиÑтема Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации в нефтегазовом комплекÑе на ОПО нефтегазовой отраÑли. Ð’ результате было доÑтигнуто Ñокращение времени Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации за Ñчет иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ð¾Ð¹ ÑиÑтемы реагированиÑ. Ð Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑиÑтема Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð³Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° аварийные Ñитуации за Ñчет Ñвоей гибкоÑти (что позволÑет подÑтраивать ее параметры (количеÑтво ка-мер, мобильных уÑтройÑтв и Ñ‚.д.)) может быть применена на любом опаÑном производÑтвенном объекте нефтегазового комплекÑа.
Topic of the final qualifying work: "Improving emergency response sys-tems in the oil and gas industry". The subject of the study was the process of emergency response in the oil and gas complex. This work is devoted to the study of risk factors in ensuring safety at the OPO and the development of a system for responding to emergencies at oil and gas facilities. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Analysis of features of emergency response systems at oil and gas industry facilities. 2. Determination of probable scenarios of occurrence and development of emergency situations at the production facility. 3. Identification and classification of risk factors that affect safety in emergency situations. 4. Development of a response system that takes into account the risk factors of responding to emergencies at oil and gas facilities. 5. Evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed emergency response system. In order to solve these problems, we studied the normative legal acts and publicly available reports of state bodies, organizations and institutions of environmental, predictive and technical research. Calculations were also made in accordance with GOST and RD. The most significant risk factors were determined using the hierarchy analysis method. Risk factors were identified when ensuring safety at a dangerous produc-tion facility in the oil and gas complex. The dependences of the response time to an emergency, the correctness of execution, and the indicator of the correctness of execution per unit of time on the parameters of the functional state of a person when responding to emergencies are found. A system for responding to emergency situations in the oil and gas complex in the OPO of the oil and gas industry is proposed. As a result, a reduction in emergency response time was achieved by using the proposed response system. The developed emergency response system, due to its flexibility (which allows you to adjust its parameters (the number of cameras, mobile devices, etc.), can be applied to any dangerous production facility of the oil and gas complex.
