В магистерской диссертации произведен обзор типов клеёных деревянных конструкций (КДК), областей их использования в строительстве и анализ их технических характеристик. Рассмотрено применение КДК в зданиях различного функционального назначения. Выполнен обзор мирового опыта проектирования и строительства многоэтажных зданий на основе КДК и произведен анализ их технико-экономических показателей. Выполнен анализ нормативной базы в области проектирования многоэтажных зданий на основе КДК и применяемых конструктивных систем. Предложена уточненная и дополненная классификация конструктивных систем многоэтажных зданий на основе КДК, с учетом новых и реализованных на практике конструктивных систем.

The master 's thesis provides an overview of the types of Glued Laminated Timber (GLT or Glulam), areas of its use in construction and analyses its technical characteristics. Application of GLT in buildings of different functional purpose has been considered. The world best practices of designing and construction of multi-storey buildings on the basis of GLT has been reviewed and its main technical and economic indicators has been analysed. The regulatory framework in the field of multi-storey buildings design on the basis of GLT and applied structural systems have been analysed. A refined and supplemented classification of structural systems of multi-storey buildings based on GLT has been proposed.
