Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Анализ балансировочных устройств системы отопления». Данная работа посвящена анализу влияния балансировочных устройств на систему отопления с использованием существующих методик расчета с целью выявления оптимального технического решения. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Проанализировать существующие методики гидравлического расчета и подбора балансировочных устройств системы отопления. 2. Составить имитационную модель расчета по существующим методикам подбора балансировочных устройств для определения целесообразного технического решения. 3. Верифицировать представленный метод определения целесообразного технического решения на примере многоквартирного жилого дома. В ходе работы составлена имитационная модель расчета по существующим методикам подбора балансировочных устройств и предложен метод, который позволяет определить целесообразное техническое решение на основе анализа двух основных параметров системы – гидравлические потери и перегрев. Произведен расчет по представленному методу для многоквартирного жилого дома в Санкт-Петербурге. Расчет показал, что регулирование системы отопления при помощи различных типов балансировочных устройств увеличивает гидравлические потери системы, при этом анализ перегрева помещений МКД показал, что наименьший перегрев получен при использовании автоматических балансировочных клапанов, что позволяет выбрать автоматические балансировочные клапаны как оптимальное техническое решение.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Analysis of balancing devices of the heating system”. The given work is devoted to the analysis of the influence of balancing devices on the heating system using existing calculation methods in order to identify the optimal technical solution. The research set the following goals: 1. To analyze the existing methods of hydraulic calculation and selection of balancing devices of the heating system. 2. To create a simulation model of the calculation according to existing methods for the selection of balancing devices to determine the feasible technical solution. 3. Verify the presented method for determining the feasible technical solution on the example of an apartment building. In the course of the work, a simulation model of the calculation was compiled according to existing methods for selecting balancing devices and a method was proposed that allows us to determine a feasible technical solution based on an analysis of two main system parameters - hydraulic losses and overheating. The calculation according to the presented method for an apartment building in St. Petersburg is made. The calculation showed that the regulation of the heating system using various types of balancing devices increases the hydraulic losses of the system, while the analysis of the overheating of the MKD rooms showed that the smallest overheating was obtained using automatic balancing valves, which makes it possible to choose automatic balancing valves as the optimal technical solution.
