
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена анализу данных, Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой, Ñффективной ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ оптимизации товарных запаÑов торгового приÑтиÑ. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: ⎯изучение видов, клаÑÑификации товарных запаÑов; ⎯изучение теории баз данных; ⎯оÑвоение программа «Loginom»; ⎯Ñоздание моделей учета товарных запаÑов торговой компании; ⎯анализ Ñтруктуры товарных запаÑов компании, ÑоглаÑно внутренней модели учета «МТЗ»; ⎯Ñоздание модели раÑчета аÑÑортиментной матрицы на оÑновании ABC и XYZ- анализов; ⎯разработка рекомендаций по оптимизации товарных запаÑов; ⎯опиÑание ÑиÑтемы учета ÑкладÑких запаÑов. Работа выполнена на базе компании «ДÐФО», ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¼Ð°ÐµÑ‚ÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ð¶ÐµÐ¹ мебели. Ð’Ñе наблюдаемы объекты ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ деÑтельноÑти компании. Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ были охарактеризована Ñтруктура товарных запаÑов компании. Были выÑвлены проблемные категории товаров, а также филиалы Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑˆÐµÐ¹ долей неликвидного и избыточного товарного запаÑа. Ð’ результате проведенного анализа были Ñозданы модели маÑштабируемые, модели учета ÑкладÑких запаÑов, которые можно применÑть не только в компании «ДÐФО», но и в любой другой компании, занимающейÑÑ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ деÑтельноÑть. Также в ходе реализации предложенных мероприÑтий ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑущеÑтвенно изменила Ñвою аÑÑортиментную матрицу и выÑвободила «замороженные» в товаре денежные ÑредÑтва.
This work is devoted to data analysis, with the aim of creating an automatic, efficient management system and optimization of trade acceptance inventory. Tasks that were solved during the study: ⎯study of species, classification of inventories; study of database theory; ⎯mastering the program «Loginom»; ⎯creating models of inventory accounting for a trading company; ⎯analysis of the structure of the company's inventory, according to the internal accounting model of «MOI»; ⎯creating a model for calculating the assortment matrix based on ABC and XYZ analyzes; ⎯development of recommendations for optimizing inventory; ⎯ description of stock accounting system; The work was performed on the basis of the company "DEFO", which is engaged in the sale of furniture. All observable objects are the results of the company. In the course of the work, the structure of the company's inventory was characterized. Problematic categories of goods were identified, as well as branches with the largest share of illiquid and excess inventory. As a result of the analysis, scalable models were created, inventory accounting models that can be used not only in the company "DEFO", but also in any other company engaged in trading activities. Also, during the implementation of the proposed measures, the company significantly changed its assortment matrix and released the funds frozen in the product.
