Abstract

Данная работа посвящена выявлению инструментов молодежной политики органов исполнительной власти города Санкт-Петербурга на примере взаимодействия в форме организации волонтерских проектов. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1.Характеристика коммуникативных стратегий органов государственнойвласти. 2.Изучение особенностей коммуникационной работы с целевой аудиториейорганов государственной власти. 3.Определение роли PR в молодежной политике. 4.Изучение инструментов коммуникационной политики АдминистрацииКалининского района города Санкт-Петербурга. 5.Характеристика молодежи как целевой аудитории коммуникационныхстратегий. 6.Изучение волонтерской деятельности как инструмента молодежнойполитики. 7.Характеристика подростково-молодежного центра «Калининский»; 8.Сопровождение волонтерского проекта. 9.Оценка эффективности проекта «Акция взаимопомощи во времяпандемии коронавируса в Калининском районе». Работа проведена на базе Администрации Калининского района города Санкт-Петербурга, где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала. В результате был разработан проект «Акция взаимопомощи во время пандемии коронавируса в Калининском районе», и его коммуникационная стратегия, на основании проведенных исследований в Подростково-молодежном центре «Калининский».

This work is devoted to the identification of youth policy instruments of the executive authorities of the city of St. Petersburg on the example of interaction in the form of organizing volunteer projects. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1.Characteristics of communicative strategies of public authorities. 2.The study of the features of communication with the target audience of publicauthorities. 3.Determining the role of PR in youth policy. 4.The study of communication policy tools of the Administration of the Kalinindistrict of the city of St. Petersburg. 5.Characteristics of youth as a target audience of communication strategies. 6.The study of volunteerism as an instrument of youth policy. 7.Characteristics of the teenage and youth center "Kalininsky"; 8.Support of the volunteer project. 9.Evaluation of the effectiveness of the project “Mutual assistance action duringthe coronavirus pandemic in the Kalininsky district”. The work was carried out on the basis of the Administration of the Kalininsky district of the city of St. Petersburg, where a significant part of the actual material was collected. As a result, the project “Mutual Assistance Action during the Coronavirus Pandemic in the Kalininsky District” and its communication strategy, based on studies at the Kalininsky Youth and Youth Center, were developed.
