Abstract

Project schedule optimization is an important part of project management. Paper covers issues connected to control deviation between actual and planned progress to compare and to take appropriate measures so as to achieve the planned duration of the track. Also the paper introduces the duration of the impact of costs on to analyze the practical engineering problems. This paper analyzes and summarizes the progress of the project with the application of optimization methods.
