Abstract

The work contains the definition of triggers, considers the principle of work, their types and information about CMOS technology. The following describes the D-trigger technology route using CMOS technology. A technique for measuring characteristics is given. It describes the implementation of D-triggers and devices based on them and principles of operation. Developed topology of D-triggers and devices based on them. The following are simulations of D-triggers and devices based on them.
