Abstract

В магистерской работе проведен расчет нахлесточного соединения угловым швом на прочность, для сборки и сварки двухслойных пакетов под прокатку. За основной металл была взята сталь марки 22К, плакирующий слой из стали аустенитного класса марки 08Х18Н10Т и мартенситного класса 08Х13. Типовой расчет проведен на примере двухслойного пакета из стали 22К и 08Х18Н10Т. Все расчеты подтверждаются отсутствием бракованных двухслойных листов после проведения полного цикла изготовления.

The master work was carried out the calculation of the lap joint by the ul-trasonic seam for strength, for the Assembly and welding of two-layer packages for rolling. For the base metal was taken steel grade 22K, cladding layer of aus-tenitic steel grade 08Cr18Ni10Ti and martensitic class 08Cr13. A typical calcula-tion is carried out on the example of a two-layer package of steel 22K and 08Cr18Ni10Ti, the calculations were satisfactory. All calculations are confirmed by the absence of defective double-layer sheets after the full cycle of production.
