Abstract

Ð’ первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса изготовления детали «Вал червячный»: проанализированы Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ данные, осуществлен выбор метода получения заготовки, произведена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса обработки детали, выбор оборудования, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ оснастки, режущего и вспомогательного инструмента, рассчитаны режимы резания для операций, рассчитаны нормы времени для операций и сформирован комплект Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ документации. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлены три подраздела: проектирование фасонного дискового резца, проектирование комплекта метчиков и проектирование червячной фрезы для нарезания Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ñ‘Ñ. Ð’ третьем разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен алгоритм проектирования загрузочно-разгрузочного устройства для автоматизации точения канавки на детали «Вал шлицевой»: произведен сравнительный анализ Ð½ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ·Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð², рассчитаны геометрические параметры проектируемого устройства, разработана ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° поштучной выдачи и осуществлен выбор привода досылателя и выбран Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ сбора Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ð¹, а также построена циклограмма работы загрузочно-разгрузочного устройства.

The first part of bachelor`s graduation work contains engineering of the technological manufacturing process of detail « Shaft spline »: analyze of initial data, selection of procurement method, engineering of the technological manufacturing process of the detail, selection of equipment and technological rigging, cutting tool, calculation of cutting modes and time norms and full set of technological documentation. 4 The second part of bachelor`s graduation work contains of three parts: engineering of profiled disk cutter, engineering of tap set and engineering of hobbing cutter for manufacturing spur gears. The third part of bachelor`s graduation work contains the algorithm of engineering loading and unloading device for automation turning of a chamfer for detail «Shaft spline»: comparative analyze of a couple schemes of loading device, calculation of some geometry parameters of the device, design of single delivery mechanism scheme, selection of sender drive and mechanism for the collection of finished products and charting.
