Abstract

The work for the master's degree is devoted to the study of the temperature dependence of the Nernst-Ettingshausen effect in lightly doped samples of bismuth HTSCs in the Bi-2212 system. The first chapter of this work is a brief review of the literature containing information necessary for carrying out the work about high-temperature superconductors, bismuth-based superconductors, the Nernst-Ettingshausen effect. Examples of temperature de-pendences of the effect for some HTSC are given. The main provisions of the model of the narrowly conducting zone used in the work are given. The second chapter contains a detailed description of the process of preparing samples for measurements, experimental facilities, cells for measurements. The method of pro-cessing the data is given. The third chapter contains the information necessary for the analysis of the obtained data on the parameters of the band spectrum of the samples, and the experimental data obtained for all the studied samples. The results of the analysis of experimental de-pendencies in the framework of the used model are given.
