Объектом Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð£Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ Федеральной Ñлужбы по надзору в Ñфере ÑвÑзи, информационных технологий и маÑÑовых коммуникаций по РеÑпублике Ð¡ÐµÐ²ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐžÑÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ â€“ ÐÐ»Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ Управление РоÑкомнадзора. Цель диÑÑертации – изучение и анализ ÑиÑтемы оплаты труда в Управлении РоÑкомнадзора, на оÑнове которых требуетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию данной ÑиÑтемы. Ðа базе иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких оÑнов оплаты труда, был проведен анализ ÑоответÑтвующей ÑиÑтемы в раÑÑматриваемом объекте. Были выÑвлены недоÑтатки и недочеты дейÑтвующего процеÑÑа оплаты труда. Главным образом, в ÑовершенÑтвовании нуждаетÑÑ ÑиÑтема премированиÑ. Были разработаны критерии оценки работника, по результатам которых будет уÑтанавливатьÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ премии. Ðто поможет избежать нерациональных раÑходов на оплату труда, а также повыÑит ÑффективноÑть работы, в ÑвÑзи Ñ ÑƒÑилением Ñтимулирующей функции.
The object of the research is the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania - the Office of Roskomnadzor. The purpose of the thesis is the study and analysis of the wage system in the Office of Roskomnadzor, on the basis of which the development of measures to improve this system is required. On the basis of the study of the theoretical foundations of remuneration, an analysis was made of the corresponding system in the object under consideration. Were identified weaknesses and shortcomings of the current process of remuneration. Mainly, the bonus system needs to be improved. Criteria for evaluating the employee were developed, the results of which will determine the amount of the award. This will help to avoid irrational costs of labor, as well as increase work efficiency, due to the increased incentive function.
