Abstract

Объектом изучения является Управление Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере связи, информационных технологий и массовых коммуникаций по Республике Северная Осетия – Алания – Управление Роскомнадзора. Цель диссертации – изучение и анализ системы оплаты труда в Управлении Роскомнадзора, на основе которых требуется разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию данной системы. На базе исследования теоретических основ оплаты труда, был проведен анализ соответствующей системы в рассматриваемом объекте. Были выявлены недостатки и недочеты действующего процесса оплаты труда. Главным образом, в совершенствовании нуждается система премирования. Были разработаны критерии оценки работника, по результатам которых будет устанавливаться размер премии. Это поможет избежать нерациональных расходов на оплату труда, а также повысит эффективность работы, в связи с усилением стимулирующей функции.

The object of the research is the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania - the Office of Roskomnadzor. The purpose of the thesis is the study and analysis of the wage system in the Office of Roskomnadzor, on the basis of which the development of measures to improve this system is required. On the basis of the study of the theoretical foundations of remuneration, an analysis was made of the corresponding system in the object under consideration. Were identified weaknesses and shortcomings of the current process of remuneration. Mainly, the bonus system needs to be improved. Criteria for evaluating the employee were developed, the results of which will determine the amount of the award. This will help to avoid irrational costs of labor, as well as increase work efficiency, due to the increased incentive function.
