Abstract

В данной работе проведен анализ клинических данных по расходам и давлениям в брюшной аорте и подвздошных артериях. На их основе заданы осредненные граничные условия на входе и выходах бифуркации сосуда. Впервые проведено исследование влияния упругости стенок сосудов на течение крови в среднестатистической модели бифуркации брюшной аорты с подвздошными артериями. В работе проведен расчет течения для упругой и жесткой стенки в бифуркации брюшной аорты с подвздошными артериями для числа Рейнольдса Re = 1600 в пульсирующем потоке. Исследовалось влияние упругости стенок сосуда на структуру течения.

In this paper, we analyzed the clinical data on the volume flow rate and pressures in the abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries. Based on them, the averaged boundary conditions are specified at the inlet and outlet of the vessel bifurcation. For the first time, a study was conducted of the influence of the elasticity of the vessel walls on the flow of blood in an average statistical model of the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta with iliac arteries. In this work, the flow for elastic and rigid walls in the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta with the iliac arteries for the Reynolds number Re = 1600 in a pulsating flow was calculated. The effect of the elasticity of the vessel walls on the flow structure was investigated.
