Ð’ данной работе проведен анализ клиничеÑких данных по раÑходам и давлениÑм в брюшной аорте и подвздошных артериÑÑ…. In this paper, we analyzed the clinical data on the volume flow rate and pressures in the abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries. Based on them, the averaged boundary conditions are specified at the inlet and outlet of the vessel bifurcation. For the first time, a study was conducted of the influence of the elasticity of the vessel walls on the flow of blood in an average statistical model of the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta with iliac arteries. In this work, the flow for elastic and rigid walls in the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta with the iliac arteries for the Reynolds number Re = 1600 in a pulsating flow was calculated. The effect of the elasticity of the vessel walls on the flow structure was investigated.
