Abstract

Работа посвящена теоретическим исследованиям электрического управления параметрами порядка в гетероструктурах «сверхпроводник-ферромагнетик», изготовленных на сегнетоэлектрической подложке. Предложен механизм управления сверхпроводящим конденсатом, использующий пьезоэлектрические деформации, возникающие в подложке под действием приложенного электрического поля.

This work is dedicated to theoretical study of electrical controll of order parameters in "superconductor - ferromagnet" heterostructures grown on piezoelectrical substrate. We propose a mechanism of manipulation of superconducting condensate via induced piezoelectrical deformations which arise in substrate under applied electrical field.
