
Работа поÑвÑщена теоретичеÑким иÑÑледованиÑм ÑлектричеÑкого ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ порÑдка в гетероÑтруктурах «Ñверхпроводник-ферромагнетик», изготовленных на ÑегнетоÑлектричеÑкой подложке. Предложен механизм ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑверхпроводÑщим конденÑатом, иÑпользующий пьезоÑлектричеÑкие деформации, возникающие в подложке под дейÑтвием приложенного ÑлектричеÑкого полÑ.
This work is dedicated to theoretical study of electrical controll of order parameters in "superconductor - ferromagnet" heterostructures grown on piezoelectrical substrate. We propose a mechanism of manipulation of superconducting condensate via induced piezoelectrical deformations which arise in substrate under applied electrical field.
