Объектом исследования является логистическая система Северного морского пути Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является оценка логистической системы Северного пути, для дальнейших принятий решений по улучшению качества транспортировок. На основе анализа имеющейся транспортной системы были выявлены проблемы, которые в дальнейшем могут привести к повышению рисков и закрытию канала. Были разработаны мероприятия по улучшению проходимости пути, сокращению его рисков и привлечения инвестиционных средств иностранных участников международного рынка СПГ. Реализация разработанных мер приведет к повышению эффективности Северного морского пути и увеличит поступления в государственный бюджет от эксплуатации.

The object of the research is the logistics system of the Northern sea way. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to evaluate the logistics system of the Northern sea way for further decisions on improving the quality of transportation. Based on an analysis of the existing transport system, problems were identified that could further lead to increased risks and closure of the channel. Measures have been developed to improve the cross-country path, reduce its risks and attract investment funds from foreign participants in the international LNG market. The implementation of the developed measures will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the Northern sea way and will increase revenues to the state budget from operation.
