Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО АН «FARIF». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка мероприятий по анализу и повышению конкурентоспособности рассматриваемой фирмы. На основе рынка недвижимости были выявлены основные конкуренты агентства недвижимости «FARIF». В исследовании изложены теоретические основы понятия конкурентоспособности, рассмотрены методы оценки конкурентоспособности. Проведен анализ финансовых показателей организации в динамике их развития. Особой ролью в оценке фирмы является анализ основных конкурентов и клиентов. Разработан комплекс мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности ООО АН «FARIF».

The object of the research is the Ltd. Real Estate Agency «FARIF». The main of the final qualifying work is to develop measures to analyze and improve the competitiveness of the company. On the basics of the real estate market were identified competitors real estate agency. The study outlines the theoretical foundations of the concept of competitiveness, discusses methods for assessing competitiveness. We analyzed the financial indexes of the organization in the dy-namics of their development. A special role in the evaluation of the compa-ny is the analysis of major competitors and customers. We have developed a set of measures to improve competitiveness of Ltd. Real Estate Agency «FARIF».
