Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по анализу и повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти раÑÑматриваемой фирмы. Ðа оÑнове рынка недвижимоÑти были выÑвлены оÑновные конкуренты агентÑтва недвижимоÑти «FARIF». Ð’ иÑÑледовании изложены теоретичеÑкие оÑновы понÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑти, раÑÑмотрены методы оценки конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти. Проведен анализ финанÑовых показателей организации в динамике их развитиÑ. ОÑобой ролью в оценке фирмы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· оÑновных конкурентов и клиентов. Разработан ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñтий по повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти ООО ÐР«FARIF».
The object of the research is the Ltd. Real Estate Agency «FARIF». The main of the final qualifying work is to develop measures to analyze and improve the competitiveness of the company. On the basics of the real estate market were identified competitors real estate agency. The study outlines the theoretical foundations of the concept of competitiveness, discusses methods for assessing competitiveness. We analyzed the financial indexes of the organization in the dy-namics of their development. A special role in the evaluation of the compa-ny is the analysis of major competitors and customers. We have developed a set of measures to improve competitiveness of Ltd. Real Estate Agency «FARIF».
