Abstract

Объектом исследования является туристская сфера. Предметом исследования является лечебно-оздоровительный туризм на территории Кавказских Минеральных Вод. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы - анализ туристического потенциала территории КМВ, а также определение перспективного направления развития туризма. Задачи: изучить теоретический аспект туризма, его роль для развития региона и государства, проанализировать нормативно-правовую базу в сфере туризма, дать общую характеристику территории Кавказских Минеральных Вод, проанализировать туристический потенциал в регионе, предложить рекомендации и определить пути развития туризма в регионе. Методы, использованные в данной работе: сбор информации, изучение и обобщение, анализ нормативно-правовой базы и статистических данных, сравнение и описание. Краткое описание работы: в первом разделе рассматриваются теоретические основы туризма, нормативно-правовая база в сфере туризма, во втором разделе проводится анализ истории развития туризма на КМВ, описание и анализ современного состояния сферы туризма, в третьем разделе, основываясь проведении анализа второго раздела вносятся меры, которые помогут развитию лечебно-оздоровительного туризма. Новизна темы обусловлена внесением предложений по развитию туризма в регионе, с опорой на его уникальные конкурентные преимущества в лечебно-курортной и рекреационной сфере.

The object of study is the tourism industry. The subject of the research is medical and health tourism in the territory of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. The purpose of the final qualifying work is the analysis of the tourist potential of the territory of the CMS, as well as the determination of the promising direction of tourism development. Objectives: to study the theoretical aspect of tourism, its role for the development of the region and the state, analyze the regulatory framework in the field of tourism, give a general description of the territory of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, analyze the tourism potential in the region, offer recommendations and identify ways to develop tourism in the region. The methods used in this work: information collection, study and synthesis, analysis of the regulatory framework and statistical data, comparison and description. Brief description of work: the first section discusses the theoretical foundations of tourism, the regulatory framework in the tourism sector, the second section analyzes the history of tourism development at CMS, describes and analyzes the current state of the tourism industry, and in the third section, based on the analysis of the second section, measures are made that will help the development of health tourism. The novelty of the topic is due to the introduction of proposals for the development of tourism in the region, based on its unique competitive advantages in the health resort and recreation sector.
