Ð’ первой чаÑти работы был Ñпроектирован технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Втулка». Во второй чаÑти работы были Ñпроектированы режущие инÑтрументы: метчик, резец, фреза. Ð’ третьей чаÑти было Ñпроектировано загрузочное уÑтройÑтво. БакалаврÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° Ñодержит Ñледующую документацию: 1) ПоÑÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð¿Ð¸Ñка общим объемом 71 Ñтраниц; 2) РиÑунки – 22 штуки; 3) Таблицы – 13 штук; 4) Литературных иÑточников – 20 штук 5) Маршрутные карты объемом – 6 Ñтраниц 6) Операционные карты – 29 штук, общим объемом 34 Ñтраниц; 7) Карты ÑÑкизов – 28 штук, общим объемом 28 Ñтраниц; 8)Карты технологичеÑкого контролÑ, общим объемом ХХХ Ñтраниц; 9) 4 чертежа формата Ð2; 10)2 чертежа формата Ð3.
The bachelor's work "The technological process of manufacturing parts Bushing" includes three sections: • Engineering technology; • Cutting tool design • Automation of production processes in mechanical engineering. In the first part of the work, the technological process of manufacturing the “Sleeve†part was designed. In the second part of the work, cutting tools were designed: tap, chisel, mill. In the third part was designed boot device.
