Abstract

The bachelor's work "The technological process of manufacturing parts Bushing" includes three sections: • Engineering technology; • Cutting tool design • Automation of production processes in mechanical engineering. In the first part of the work, the technological process of manufacturing the “Sleeve” part was designed. In the second part of the work, cutting tools were designed: tap, chisel, mill. In the third part was designed boot device. Bachelor’s work contains the following documentation: 1) Explanatory note totaling 71 pages; 2) Drawings - 22 pieces; 3) Tables - 13 pieces; 4) Literary sources - 20 pieces 5) Routing maps volume - 6 pages 6) Operational cards - 29 pieces, total amount of 34 pages; 7) Sketch maps - 28 pieces, total amount of 28 pages; 8) Process control cards, total 6 pages; 9) 4 drawing format A2; 10) 2 drawing format A3.
