Работа поÑвÑщена реализации цифрового канала Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ ÑоÑтоÑщего из Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ñтового ввода Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ к нему гардуировочным образцовым Ñтендом, Ñодержащим балку равного ÑопротивлениÑ, обклеенную тензорезиÑторами, и блоком USB, передающим данные на перÑональный компьютер. Ðа первом Ñтапе работы выполнен обзор различных типов тензорезиÑторов и Ñхемы их Ð²ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² измерительный моÑÑ‚. Ðа втором Ñтапе выбраны модули, позволÑÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ передачу данных от образцового Ñтенда на компьютер. Далее, подключены компоненты и проведены ÑкÑпериментальные. Ð ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð² LabVIEW программа оÑущеÑтвила измерение Ñилы и автоматичеÑкую обработку данных.
The work is devoted to the implementation of a digital channel for measuring deformation consisting of a bridge input module with a connected to it garbaravicius model stand containing a beam of equal resistance, glued with strain gauges, and a USB unit that transmits data to a personal computer. At the first stage of work the review of various types of strain gauges and schemes of their inclusion in the measuring bridge is executed. At the second stage, the modules are selected, which allows to implement data transfer from the model stand to the computer. Next, the components are connected and experimental ones are carried out. The program implemented in Labview carried out force measurement and automatic data processing.
