Abstract

Работа посвящена реализации цифрового канала измерения деформации состоящего из модуля мостового ввода с подключенным к нему гардуировочным образцовым стендом, содержащим балку равного сопротивления, обклеенную тензорезисторами, и блоком USB, передающим данные на персональный компьютер. На первом этапе работы выполнен обзор различных типов тензорезисторов и схемы их включения в измерительный мост. На втором этапе выбраны модули, позволяющая реализовать передачу данных от образцового стенда на компьютер. Далее, подключены компоненты и проведены экспериментальные. Реализованная в LabVIEW программа осуществила измерение силы и автоматическую обработку данных.

The work is devoted to the implementation of a digital channel for measuring deformation consisting of a bridge input module with a connected to it garbaravicius model stand containing a beam of equal resistance, glued with strain gauges, and a USB unit that transmits data to a personal computer. At the first stage of work the review of various types of strain gauges and schemes of their inclusion in the measuring bridge is executed. At the second stage, the modules are selected, which allows to implement data transfer from the model stand to the computer. Next, the components are connected and experimental ones are carried out. The program implemented in Labview carried out force measurement and automatic data processing.
