Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° ÑиÑтемы адаптации перÑонала в ГБУ ЛО МФЦ БО «ВÑеволожÑкий». Ðа оÑнове анализа адаптации перÑонала многофункционального центра были выделены оÑновные проблемы. Были разработаны рекомендации Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñотрудников многофункционального центра предоÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑлуг, такие как: подготовка перÑонала к нововведениÑм, работа Ñ Ñотрудниками Ñтаршего поколениÑ, поÑтоÑнное повышение квалификации и взаимоÑвÑзь Ñотрудников организации Ñотрудников, внедрÑющих ÑиÑтему. Внедрение данных рекомендаций значительно упроÑтит работу Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ технологиÑми и повыÑит ÑффективноÑть многофункционального центра.
The subject of the study is the adaptation of employees in the multifunctional center to electronic document management systems. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop a system for the adaptation of personnel in GBU LO MFC BO "Vsevolozhsky." Based on the analysis of the adaptation of the multifunctional center personnel, the main problems were identified. Recommendations were developed for employees of the multifunctional service center, such as: training personnel for innovations, working with older employees, continuous training and interconnection of employees of the organization’s staff implementing the system. The implementation of these recommendations will significantly simplify the work with new technologies and increase the efficiency of the multifunctional center.
