Abstract

Предмет исследования – адаптация сотрудников в многофункциональном центре к системам электронного документооборота. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка системы адаптации персонала в ГБУ ЛО МФЦ БО «Всеволожский». На основе анализа адаптации персонала многофункционального центра были выделены основные проблемы. Были разработаны рекомендации для сотрудников многофункционального центра предоставления услуг, такие как: подготовка персонала к нововведениям, работа с сотрудниками старшего поколения, постоянное повышение квалификации и взаимосвязь сотрудников организации сотрудников, внедряющих систему. Внедрение данных рекомендаций значительно упростит работу с новыми технологиями и повысит эффективность многофункционального центра.

The subject of the study is the adaptation of employees in the multifunctional center to electronic document management systems. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop a system for the adaptation of personnel in GBU LO MFC BO "Vsevolozhsky." Based on the analysis of the adaptation of the multifunctional center personnel, the main problems were identified. Recommendations were developed for employees of the multifunctional service center, such as: training personnel for innovations, working with older employees, continuous training and interconnection of employees of the organization’s staff implementing the system. The implementation of these recommendations will significantly simplify the work with new technologies and increase the efficiency of the multifunctional center.
