Abstract

Объектом исследования является компания по разработке мобильных игр «IT Cat Game Studio». Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы, является создание собственной методики управления проектами в малой группе, и создание поддерживающего приложения. Для достижения данной цели был проведен анализ деятельности объекта исследования, а также выявлены проблемы и пути их решения. Так же, были изучены существующие методики управления проектами, и на их основе создана авторская методика. Составлена структура и разработан дизайн специального приложения, поддерживающего внедренную методику. Дополнительно, был разработан прототип приложения. Проведена оценка эффективности внедрения новой методики и приложения. Результаты данной выпускной квалификационной работы применимы в области разработки мобильных и настольных игр, в разработке которых участвуют команды до 6 человек, которые ориентированы на разработку нескольких игр одновременно. Результатом внедрения данной методики и приложения является снижение временных затрат на разработку.

The object of the research is the mobile games development company IT Cat Game Studio. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to create your own project management methodology in a small group, and create a supporting application. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the activities of the object of study was conducted, and problems and ways to solve them were identified. Also, existing methods of project management were studied, and the author's method was created on their basis. The structure and design of a special application that supports the embedded methodology has been compiled. Additionally, a prototype application was developed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of new methods and applications. The results of this final qualifying work are applicable in the development of mobile and board games, the development of which involves teams of up to 6 people who are focused on developing several games at the same time. The result of the implementation of this methodology and application is to reduce the time spent on development.
