Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ разработке мобильных игр «IT Cat Game Studio». Целью данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работы, ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñоздание ÑобÑтвенной методики ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ в малой группе, и Ñоздание поддерживающего приложениÑ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ цели был проведен анализ деÑтельноÑти объекта иÑÑледованиÑ, а также выÑвлены проблемы и пути их решениÑ. Так же, были изучены ÑущеÑтвующие методики ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸, и на их оÑнове Ñоздана авторÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸ÐºÐ°. СоÑтавлена Ñтруктура и разработан дизайн Ñпециального приложениÑ, поддерживающего внедренную методику. Дополнительно, был разработан прототип приложениÑ. Проведена оценка ÑффективноÑти Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ методики и приложениÑ. Результаты данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работы применимы в облаÑти разработки мобильных и наÑтольных игр, в разработке которых учаÑтвуют команды до 6 человек, которые ориентированы на разработку неÑкольких игр одновременно. Результатом Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ методики и Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñнижение временных затрат на разработку.
The object of the research is the mobile games development company IT Cat Game Studio. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to create your own project management methodology in a small group, and create a supporting application. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the activities of the object of study was conducted, and problems and ways to solve them were identified. Also, existing methods of project management were studied, and the author's method was created on their basis. The structure and design of a special application that supports the embedded methodology has been compiled. Additionally, a prototype application was developed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of new methods and applications. The results of this final qualifying work are applicable in the development of mobile and board games, the development of which involves teams of up to 6 people who are focused on developing several games at the same time. The result of the implementation of this methodology and application is to reduce the time spent on development.
