Формирование социальной программы для работников международной компании

Abstract

Объект исследования: «AT&T Inc». Цель работы: исследовать структуру социальных программ, найти сбалансированную модель формирования социальных программ. В дипломной работе проводится анализ социальной системы в области предоставления услуг для персонала, а также финансовые операций для поддержания и усовершенствования существующих и открытия новых программ. Выделяются особенности стратегии социальных услуг, а также финансовый анализ, ликвидности и прибыльности. Предложены дополнительные составляющие этапов процесса модернизации. Усовершенствован метод формирования социальных программ для сотрудников международной организации. Представленные в данной работе теоретические и экономические показатели предприятия, позволяют с большей точностью определить необходимую сумму для проведения усовершенствования новых программ. Предложены эффективные формы обеспечения и поддержания старых программ. Это является очень актуальным в настоящее время, когда наблюдаются провалы в сфере социальных модернизаций.

Object of study: AT&T Inc. Objective: to study the structure of social programs, to find a balanced model for the formation of social programs. In the thesis, an analysis is made of the social system in the field of providing services for staff, as well as financial operations to maintain and improve existing and open new programs. The features of the strategy of social services, as well as financial analysis, liquidity and profitability are highlighted. Additional components of the stages of the modernization process are proposed. Improved the method of forming social programs for employees of an international organization. The theoretical and economic indicators of the enterprise presented in this work make it possible to more accurately determine the necessary amount for the improvement of new programs. Effective forms of providing and maintaining old programs are proposed. This is very relevant at the present time when failures are observed in the field of social modernization.
