Abstract

В выпускной работе представлен материал назначения сильфонов и условиям их эксплуатации; дана характеристика сильфонных узлов; показан принцип выбора сильфонов; рассмотрены виды соединения сильфонов с арматурой; представлены возможные способы сварки сильфонов с арматурой; выбран отимальный способ сварки; предложено оборудование шовной сварки сильфонных узлов; представлена взаимосвязь между параметрами режимов и характеристиками сварного шва; создана маршрутная технология сварки сильфонов с арматурой; представлены организационные мероприятия по контрою качества сварного шва; назначены мероприятия по технике безопасности при контактной сварке.

The final work presents the material for the purpose of bellows and the conditions of their operation; the characteristic of bellows units; shows the principle of choice of bellows; considered the types of connection of bellows with reinforcement; presents possible ways of welding bellows with reinforcement; selected the optimal method of welding; proposed equipment seam welding bellows units; presents the relationship between the parameters of modes and characteristics of the weld; created route technology of welding bellows with reinforcement; presents organizational measures to control the quality of the weld; the scheduled event for safety at contact welding.
