Объектом исследования является АО «Мэлон Фэшн Груп». Целью выпускной работы является изучение теоретических и методологических аспектов диагностики финансового состояния современного предприятия, разработка рекомендаций по улучшению финансового состояния АО «Мэлон Фэшн Груп» и выбор альтернативных вариантов его развития. В аналитической части исследования приведена общая финансово-экономическая характеристика предприятия - АО «Мэлон Фэшн Груп», проведен анализ финансового состояния по традиционному методу и с учетом специфики отрасли торговля, разработаны предложения по улучшению финансового состояния предприятия, а также определены варианты его развития. Реализация мероприятий по улучшению финансового состояния предприятия и его развития приведет к положительной динамике финансовых показателей, что позволит укрепить финансовое состояние предприятия.

The object of the research is “Melon Fashion Group”. The purpose of the final work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of diagnosing the financial condition of a modern enterprise and to develop recommendations for improving the financial condition of “Melon Fashion Group” and the choice of alternative options for its development. In the analytical part of the study, the general financial and economic characteristics of the enterprise - “Melon Fashion Group” JSC are presented, the financial condition is analyzed by the traditional method and taking into account the specifics of the trade sector, proposals are developed to improve the financial condition of the company, and its development options are identified. The implementation of measures to improve the financial condition of the company and its development will lead to a positive dynamic of financial indicators, which will strengthen the financial condition of the company.
