Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы являются разработка критериев и формирование стратегии умных городов, подготовка предложения по реализации данной концепции в Санкт- Петербурге. На основе изучения данных из источников были выделены и описаны основные компоненты умных городов. Были разработаны критерии для проведения анализа мировых проектов умного города. Проведён критериальный анализ мировых проектов, дана оценка уровню внедрения технологий умного города в Санкт- Петербурге. Сформирована стратегия умного города, в соответсвии с которой программы внедрения и использования технологий умного города должны быть ориентированы в первую очередь на интересы и потребности жителей, которые активно должны быть вовлечены в решение вопросов городского управления и контроля. Реализация указанных предложений приведет к наиболее рациональному и эффективному использованию ресурсов и человеческого потенциала во всех сферах жизни общества.

The purpose of the final qualifying work is the development of criteria and the formation of the strategy of smart cities, the preparation of proposals for the implementation of this strategy in St. Petersburg. Based on the study of data from sources, the main components of smart cities were identified and described. Measures were developed for analyzing global smart city projects. A analysis of global projects was carried out, an assessment was made of the level of implementation of smart city technologies in St. Petersburg. Strategy of a smart city was formed, according to which programs for the introduction and use of smart city technologies should be focused primarily on the interests and needs of residents, who actively involved in solving issues of urban management and control. As a result, both people and state structures will be able to use their resources more rationally and maximize their potential.
