
Ð’ данной работе изложен краткий ÑкÑÐºÑƒÑ€Ñ Ð¾Ñновы полевой ÑмиÑÑии. РаÑÑмотрены оÑновные ÑпоÑобы Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑмиÑÑионных параметров полевых Ñмиттеров. РаÑÑчитаны вольтамперные характериÑтики и Ñффективные параметры HCP моделей Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ аÑпектным Ñоотношением и ÑопоÑтавлены Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ данными.
This paper presents a brief excursion of the field emission basis. The main methods for determining the emission parameters of field emitters are considered. Current-voltage characteristics and effective parameters of HCP models with different aspect ratios were calculated and compared with literature data.
