Abstract

This paper presents a brief excursion of the field emission basis. The main methods for determining the emission parameters of field emitters are considered. Current-voltage characteristics and effective parameters of HCP models with different aspect ratios were calculated and compared with literature data.

Keywords

площадь полевой эмиссии, полевая эмиссия, field emission, моделирование унт, field enchancment factor, area of field emission, modeling of cnt, коэффициент усиления поля
