Была раÑÑчитана ÑтоимоÑть Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ обоÑнована Ñконо-мичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÑообразноÑть Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемы. Ð’ данной работе опиÑаны Ñтапы Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ процеÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ ÑиÑтемы. Ð’ результате Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемы БитрикÑ24 ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸-чила ÑффективноÑть работы Ñотрудников, Ñократила Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð½Ð° обра-ботку поÑтупающих обращений, автоматизировала процеÑÑ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð¼-Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð° и автоматизировала документооборот.
The object of the study is a company that is part of PJSC LSR Group, LLC LSR. Concrete". The aim of the final qualification work of the bachelor is to automate the process of selling concrete by introducing the Bitrix 24 CRM system. To achieve the goal, an analysis of the company, its business processes was carried out, and problems and methods for solving them were identified, namely the introduction of the Bitrix 24 CRM system. The cost of implementation was calculated and the economic feasibility of introducing the system was justified. This work describes the implementation stages and the process of the system. As a result of the implementation of the Bitrix24 system, the company increased the efficiency of employees, reduced the time for processing incoming calls, automated the process of notifying the client, and automated workflow.
