Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе исследовано правовое регулирование охраны окружающей среды в странах южной Европы. Исследованы теоретические аспекты государственного управления охраной окружающей среды, проанализировано зарубежное правовое регулирование охраны окружающей среды в странах южной Европы и разработаны мероприятия совершенствования государственного управления охраной окружающей среды в Российской Федерации с применением опыта стран Южной Европы.

In this final qualifying work studied the legal regulation of environmental protection in the countries of southern Europe. The theoretical aspects of the state environmental management are investigated, the foreign legal regulation of environmental protection in the countries of southern Europe is analyzed and measures are taken to improve the state management of environmental protection in the Russian Federation using the experience of the countries of southern Europe.
