Abstract

В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлена разработка и анализ технологического процесса изготовления детали «Ступица переднего колеса»: выполнен анализ исходных данных, выбран метод получения заготовки, спроектирован технологический процесс обработки детали, выбрано оборудование, технологическая оснастка, режущий и вспомогательный инструмент, рассчитаны режимы резания для операций, рассчитаны нормы времени для операций, осуществлен выбор способа размерной наладки и сформирован комплект технологической документации. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлено проектирование фасонного дискового резца, проектирование комплекта метчиков и проектирование червячной фрезы для нарезания цилиндрических зубчатых колёс. В третьем разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен вариант автоматизации технологического перехода обработки поверхности детали типа «Валик». Были проведен сравнительный анализ загрузочных устройств, механизмов первичной и вторичной ориентации, питателя, транспортирующего устройства. Построена циклограмма работы загрузочно-разгрузочного устройства.

The first part of bachelor`s graduation work there are represented development and analysis of technological process of manufacturing of engineering product «Front wheel hub assembly». First of all, there were described such stages as input data analysis, chosen manufacturing techniques of the blank, designed technological processing of a detail. Secondly, there were chosen production equipment, industrial equipment, cutting tool and auxiliary tool. Thirdly, the cutting modes and standard hours per operation were determined. Last, the method of dimensional molding was chosen and the set of technological documentation was assembled. The second part of bachelor`s graduation work there is represented design of a shaped disk cutter, design of a set of taps and hobbing cutter for cutting cylindrical cogwheels. The third part of bachelor`s graduation work there is represented automation option of manufacturing step of processing the roller detail’s surface. Furthermore, the contrastive analysis of loading devices, mechanisms of primary and secondary orientation, feeder and transporting device was carried out. As a result, the cyclogram of operation of the loading and unloading device was constructed.
