
Ð’ первом разделе выпуÑкной квалификационной работы бакалавра предÑтавлена разработка и анализ технологичеÑкого процеÑÑа Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Ступица переднего колеÑа»: выполнен анализ иÑходных данных, выбран метод Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸, Ñпроектирован технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ¸ детали, выбрано оборудование, технологичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾ÑнаÑтка, режущий и вÑпомогательный инÑтрумент, раÑÑчитаны режимы Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, раÑÑчитаны нормы времени Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, оÑущеÑтвлен выбор ÑпоÑоба размерной наладки и Ñформирован комплект технологичеÑкой документации. Во втором разделе выпуÑкной квалификационной работы бакалавра предÑтавлено проектирование фаÑонного диÑкового резца, проектирование комплекта метчиков и проектирование червÑчной фрезы Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких зубчатых колёÑ. Ð’ третьем разделе выпуÑкной квалификационной работы бакалавра предÑтавлен вариант автоматизации технологичеÑкого перехода обработки поверхноÑти детали типа «Валик». Были проведен Ñравнительный анализ загрузочных уÑтройÑтв, механизмов первичной и вторичной ориентации, питателÑ, транÑпортирующего уÑтройÑтва. ПоÑтроена циклограмма работы загрузочно-разгрузочного уÑтройÑтва.
The first part of bachelor`s graduation work there are represented development and analysis of technological process of manufacturing of engineering product «Front wheel hub assembly». First of all, there were described such stages as input data analysis, chosen manufacturing techniques of the blank, designed technological processing of a detail. Secondly, there were chosen production equipment, industrial equipment, cutting tool and auxiliary tool. Thirdly, the cutting modes and standard hours per operation were determined. Last, the method of dimensional molding was chosen and the set of technological documentation was assembled. The second part of bachelor`s graduation work there is represented design of a shaped disk cutter, design of a set of taps and hobbing cutter for cutting cylindrical cogwheels. The third part of bachelor`s graduation work there is represented automation option of manufacturing step of processing the roller detail’s surface. Furthermore, the contrastive analysis of loading devices, mechanisms of primary and secondary orientation, feeder and transporting device was carried out. As a result, the cyclogram of operation of the loading and unloading device was constructed.
