Работа поÑвÑщена реализации цифрового канала Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑоÑтоÑщего из Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ ÐµÐ¼ÐºÐ¾Ñти в цифровой код Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ к нему датчиком давлениÑ, и микроконтроллера, обрабатывающего и передающего данные на перÑональный компьютер. Ðа первом Ñтапе работы выполнен обзор различных конÑтрукций емкоÑтных преобразователей и иÑÑледована завиÑимоÑть емкоÑти от внешних факторов. Ðа втором Ñтапе выбрана микроÑхема, позволÑÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ передачу данных от AD7746 на компьютер. Далее, подключены компоненты и проведены ÑкÑпериментальные иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° Ñтенде Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð±Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ давлениÑ. Ð ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð² Labview программа оÑущеÑтвила измерение Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ автоматичеÑкую обработку данных.
The work is devoted to the implementation of a digital pressure measurement channel consisting of a capacitance -to-digital converter with a pressure sensor connected to it, and a microcontroller processing and transmitting data to a personal computer. At the first stage of the work, a review of various designs of capacitive transducers was carried out and the dependence of capacity on external factors was investigated. At the second stage, a microcircuit was chosen, which allows for the transfer of data from the AD7746 to a computer. Further, the components are connected and experimental studies are carried out at the stand of measuring excess pressure. The Labview-implemented software measured pressure and automated data processing.
