the object of the research is llc “clinic “Ðcademyâ€â€ the purpose of the final qualifying work is to research the subject area and to form the automatization suggestions for different customer relationship stages. customer relationship processes were analyzed; the description of clinic activity was formed. customer relationship processes, that require automatization, were identified. requirements and goals of automatization were carried out. based on requirements and goals of automatization, basic automatization platform (crm system), was chosen. based on functions of the chosen system, the customer relationship automatization events were planned. the economical efficiency of the automatization was forecasted and calculated. there are a few recommendations for further improvement of the enterprise performance, based on functions and capacity of the chosen system.
