Особенности организации транспортной логистики при Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ на международный рынок на примере международной компании

Abstract

Объектом исследования является организация транспортной логистики компанией «UPS» при выходе на международный рынок. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является анализ и дальнейшая разработка комплекса мероприятий по совершенствованию организации транспортной логистики для компании «UPS» при выходе на международный рынок. После проведения анализа деятельности компании «UPS» и выявления основных её конкурентов автором были определены основные преимущества и недостатки в деятельности компании, касающиеся организации транспортной логистики. Были разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию организации транспортной логистики компании при выходе на международный рынок и доказана их эффективность. При условии успешной реализации предложенного комплекса мероприятий компания сможет эффективнее заниматься организацией процесса доставки, добиться сокращения себестоимости и сроков одной доставки, а также увеличить количество клиентов.

The object of the research is the organization of transport logistics by UPS when entering the international market. The goal of the final qualifying work is to analyse and develop recommendations for improving the organization of transport logistics for UPS when entering the international market. After analyzing the activities of UPS and identifying it’s main competitors, the author identified the main advantages and disadvantages of the company’s activities related to the organization of transport logistics. Recommendations were developed to improve the transport logistics organization when entering the international market, and their effectiveness was proved. If the company successfully implements the suggested set of recommendations, the company will be able to organize the delivery process more effectively, achieve a reduction in the cost and timing of one delivery, as well as increase the number of customers.
