ПоÑле Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð° деÑтельноÑти компании «UPS» и выÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñновных её конкурентов автором были определены оÑновные преимущеÑтва и недоÑтатки в деÑтельноÑти компании, каÑающиеÑÑ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ транÑпортной логиÑтики. Были разработаны рекомендации по ÑовершенÑтвованию организации транÑпортной логиÑтики компании при выходе на международный рынок и доказана их ÑффективноÑть. При уÑловии уÑпешной реализации предложенного комплекÑа мероприÑтий ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñможет Ñффективнее заниматьÑÑ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÐµÐ¹ процеÑÑа доÑтавки, добитьÑÑ ÑÐ¾ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑебеÑтоимоÑти и Ñроков одной доÑтавки, а также увеличить количеÑтво клиентов.
The object of the research is the organization of transport logistics by UPS when entering the international market. The goal of the final qualifying work is to analyse and develop recommendations for improving the organization of transport logistics for UPS when entering the international market. After analyzing the activities of UPS and identifying it’s main competitors, the author identified the main advantages and disadvantages of the company’s activities related to the organization of transport logistics. Recommendations were developed to improve the transport logistics organization when entering the international market, and their effectiveness was proved. If the company successfully implements the suggested set of recommendations, the company will be able to organize the delivery process more effectively, achieve a reduction in the cost and timing of one delivery, as well as increase the number of customers.
