Abstract

Рассматривается способ создания предварительного усилителя и усилителя для радиопередающего устройства метеорной связи. В качестве предвари-тельного усилителя берется усилитель класса А, а в качестве основного уси-лителя берется усилитель класса В. Проводится анализ и сравнение совре-менных видов транзисторов и выявление наиболее перспективного для со-здания усилителя для радиопередающего устройства метеорной связи. Про-изводится моделирование предварительного усилителя и основного усилите-ля в среде Micro Cap.

A method of creating a pre-amplifier and an amplifier for a radio transmit-ting device of meteor communication is considered. As a pre-amplifier is taken to be class a amplifier, and as the main amplifier the amplifier is taken in the analy-sis and comparison of types of transistors and to identify the most promising for the development of amplifier for radio transmitting equipment of meteoric com-munication. The simulation of the pre-amplifier and the major amplifier in the Micro Cap devel-opment environment is performed.
