Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы развития персонала на примере гостиничного предприятия. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: рассмотреть теоретические аспекты системы развития персонала на предприятии в индустрии гостеприимства; провести анализ организации системы развития персонала конкретного предприятия, выявить основные проблемы; предложить мероприятия по совершенствованию системы развития персонала и оценить эффект затрат от реализации предложенных мероприятий. Объектом исследования является ООО «Особняк», гостиница Династия. Предмет исследования – система развития персонала в гостиничном предприятии. В ходе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы следующие методы: анализ и синтез, сравнение, группировки, количественные оценки в рамках таких общенаучных подходов, как системно-функциональный и экономико-статистический анализ. В результате исследования проведена оценка эффективности развития персонала ООО «Особняк» и разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию развития персонала.

The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop measures to improve the system of personnel development on the example of a hotel enterprise. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve following tasks: to consider the theoretical aspects of the system development of personnel in hospitality industry; to analyze the organization system of personnel development for a specific enterprise, to identify the main problems; propose measures to improve the system of staff development and to assess the impact of the costs from implementation of the proposed activities. The object of the study is LLC "Mansion", hotel Dynasty. The subject of the study is the system of personnel development in the hotel enterprise. In the course of the final qualification work, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, grouping, quantitative assessments in the framework of such General scientific approaches as system-functional and economic-statistical analysis. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of personnel development of LLC "Osobnyak" was evaluated and measures to improve personnel development were developed.
