
Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала на примере гоÑтиничного предприÑтиÑ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñтавленной цели необходимо решить Ñледующие задачи: раÑÑмотреть теоретичеÑкие аÑпекты ÑиÑтемы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала на предприÑтии в индуÑтрии гоÑтеприимÑтва; провеÑти анализ организации ÑиÑтемы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала конкретного предприÑтиÑ, выÑвить оÑновные проблемы; предложить мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала и оценить Ñффект затрат от реализации предложенных мероприÑтий. Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÐžÐžÐž «ОÑобнÑк», гоÑтиница ДинаÑтиÑ. Предмет иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ ÑиÑтема Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала в гоÑтиничном предприÑтии. Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑкной квалификационной работы были иÑпользованы Ñледующие методы: анализ и Ñинтез, Ñравнение, группировки, количеÑтвенные оценки в рамках таких общенаучных подходов, как ÑиÑтемно-функциональный и Ñкономико-ÑтатиÑтичеÑкий анализ. Ð’ результате иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð° оценка ÑффективноÑти Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала ООО «ОÑобнÑк» и разработаны мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала.
The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop measures to improve the system of personnel development on the example of a hotel enterprise. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve following tasks: to consider the theoretical aspects of the system development of personnel in hospitality industry; to analyze the organization system of personnel development for a specific enterprise, to identify the main problems; propose measures to improve the system of staff development and to assess the impact of the costs from implementation of the proposed activities. The object of the study is LLC "Mansion", hotel Dynasty. The subject of the study is the system of personnel development in the hotel enterprise. In the course of the final qualification work, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, grouping, quantitative assessments in the framework of such General scientific approaches as system-functional and economic-statistical analysis. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of personnel development of LLC "Osobnyak" was evaluated and measures to improve personnel development were developed.
