
Ð’ данной работе изложен метод Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñлойной халькогенидной аморфной Ñтруктуры. Даны оÑновные ÑвойÑтва халькогенидных Ñтекол и методы их измерениÑ. ОпиÑаны методы их Ñинтеза и преÑÑованиÑ. Разработана методика ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñтекол Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ температурами ÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ различными значениÑми коÑффициента термичеÑкого раÑширениÑ. ИÑÑледован Ñпектр пропуÑÐºÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑлоиÑтой аморфной халькогенидной Ñтруктуры.
In this work the method of obtaining the layered chalcogenide with the amorphous structure. The basic properties of chalcogenide glasses and methods of their measurement are given. Methods of their synthesis and pressing are described. The technique of glass sintering with different glass transition temperatures and different values of thermal expansion coefficient is developed. Transmission spectrum for layered amorphous chalcogenide structure is investigated.
