Abstract

In recent years, Artificial Lift Companies have been opening subsidiaries in Latin American due to the high demand for Electric Submersible Pumps in the market. The Supply Chain in these companies has been extensively researched and has tended to focus on manufactured parts for assembling products, but the supply chain functions across geographically dispersed facilities has been overlooked, therefore this master thesis is devoted to creating a Supply Chain Framework based on the SCOR model, it contains well-defined standardized processes and metrics for performance measurement and comparative analysis of the supply chain. In this context, the objective is to concretize the application of SCOR model in Artificial lift Subsidiaries Companies, then several processes and metrics will be identified and raised based on a common supply chain. This framework is oriented so that Companies can utilize it for mapping and assessing the current supply chain, in order to improve processes for obtaining financial benefits and high service level to customers.
