Abstract

In the given work the definition of rational parameters of the diaphragm of a thin reinforced concrete long cylindrical shell is made using the SCAD software package. A description of the construction of the shell under study and the principal features of the calculation of this construction are given. The calculation of various types of diaphragms was carried out, the dependence of the total metal consumption of the structure on the type of diaphragm was analyzed. The conclusion is made about the most rational design of the diaphragm.
