Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ обеспечение качества внутренней резьбы в Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÑÑ Ð¸Ð· стеклопластика

Abstract

Работа посвящена разработке методики обеспечения качества внутренней резьбы в деталях из стеклопластика и повышения производительности данной операции путем оптимизации режимов резания. В работе рассмотрены особенности и проблемы свойственные при обработке такого ВКПМ, как стеклопластик и предложены пути их решения. Созданы математические модели для оптимизации режимов резания в операциях сверления и нарезания резьбы, основанные на технологических ограничениях процессов, и представлены в виде систем неравенств и на основе разработанных моделей предложена методика проектирования данных операций. Созданная методика применена при проектировании технологического процесса детали «Стойка дугогасительной камеры». Также был спроектирован специальный метчик для нарезания резьбы в стеклопластике.

The work is devoted to the development of methods for ensuring the quality of internal threads in glass-reinforced plastics and increasing the productivity of this operation by optimizing cutting conditions. In work features and problems peculiar at processing such extremely strong reinforced plastics as fiberglass are considered and ways of their decision are offered. Mathematical models were created to optimize cutting conditions in drilling and threading operations, based on the technological limitations of the processes, and presented in the form of inequality systems, and based on the developed models, a procedure for designing these operations was proposed. The created technique is applied when designing the technological process of the “Rack of the arc-suppressing chamber” part. Also a special tap for threading in glass-reinforced plastics was designed.
