
Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ðµ предприÑтие ООО «ФУД-Компани СПб». Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° ÑффективноÑти бизнеÑ-процеÑÑа «Управление продажами» и разработка программы мероприÑтий по внедрению инноваций в данный бизнеÑ-процеÑÑ. Ð’ рамках работы был проведен анализ рынка продовольÑтвенных Ñетей в Санкт-Петербурге, выделены оÑновные конкуренты розничной Ñети «ФУД-Компани СПб» и дана ее организационно-ÑкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ…Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñтика. ОпиÑаны оÑновные бизнеÑ-процеÑÑÑ‹ предприÑтиÑ, приведена их декомпозициÑ. Была проведена оценка показателей ÑффективноÑти бизнеÑ-процеÑÑа «Управление продажами». КачеÑтвенные показатели оценивалиÑÑŒ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñа покупателей магазина, количеÑтвенные показатели были раÑÑчитаны, иÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· данных, полученных на предприÑтии. По результатам анализа бизнеÑ-процеÑÑа «Управление продажами» были выÑвлены оÑновные проблемы и разработан ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€ по их уÑтранению. Приведено ÑкономичеÑкое обоÑнование предложенного проекта мероприÑтий, который приведет к повышению чиÑтой прибыли предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Â«Ð¤Ð£Ð”-Компани СПб».
Object of the research is the trade enterprise LLC «FOOD-Company SPb». The purpose of the final qualifying work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the business process «Sales of goods» and to develop a program of measures for introducing innovations into this business process. As part of the work, an analysis of the food chain market in St. Petersburg was made, the main competitors of the «FOOD-Company» St. Petersburg retail chain were highlighted and its organizational and economic characteristics were given. The main business processes of the enterprise are described, their decomposition is given. An assessment of the performance indicators of the business process «Sales of goods» was made. Qualitative indicators were evaluated by conducting a survey of customers of the store, quantitative indicators were calculated based on the data obtained at the enterprise. According to the analysis of the business process «Sales of goods», the main problems were identified and a set of measures was developed to eliminate them. The economic rationale for the proposed project of measures, which will lead to an increase in the net profit of the «FOOD Company», is given.
