Abstract

Объектом исследования является торговое предприятие ООО «ФУД-Компани СПб». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является оценка эффективности бизнес-процесса «Управление продажами» и разработка программы мероприятий по внедрению инноваций в данный бизнес-процесс. В рамках работы был проведен анализ рынка продовольственных сетей в Санкт-Петербурге, выделены основные конкуренты розничной сети «ФУД-Компани СПб» и дана ее организационно-экономическая характеристика. Описаны основные бизнес-процессы предприятия, приведена их декомпозиция. Была проведена оценка показателей эффективности бизнес-процесса «Управление продажами». Качественные показатели оценивались с помощью проведения опроса покупателей магазина, количественные показатели были рассчитаны, исходя из данных, полученных на предприятии. По результатам анализа бизнес-процесса «Управление продажами» были выявлены основные проблемы и разработан комплекс мер по их устранению. Приведено экономическое обоснование предложенного проекта мероприятий, который приведет к повышению чистой прибыли предприятия «ФУД-Компани СПб».

Object of the research is the trade enterprise LLC «FOOD-Company SPb». The purpose of the final qualifying work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the business process «Sales of goods» and to develop a program of measures for introducing innovations into this business process. As part of the work, an analysis of the food chain market in St. Petersburg was made, the main competitors of the «FOOD-Company» St. Petersburg retail chain were highlighted and its organizational and economic characteristics were given. The main business processes of the enterprise are described, their decomposition is given. An assessment of the performance indicators of the business process «Sales of goods» was made. Qualitative indicators were evaluated by conducting a survey of customers of the store, quantitative indicators were calculated based on the data obtained at the enterprise. According to the analysis of the business process «Sales of goods», the main problems were identified and a set of measures was developed to eliminate them. The economic rationale for the proposed project of measures, which will lead to an increase in the net profit of the «FOOD Company», is given.
