Abstract

In accordance with the design assignment, a project was developed for a small cottage community, which includes individual housing construction sites, townhouse land plots, an administrative complex and a recreational area, including a sports complex (tennis courts). During the development of the project, the following tasks for engineering preparation of the construction site were solved: preparation of the topography of the territory, allowing to organize the construction and operation of facilities, protection from flooding (rainwater abstraction); provide conditions for the movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the territory of the village. The design of the tennis complex, which is an air-supported structure, is considered in detail.
