Abstract

Описание бизнес-процессов, выделение отраслевых особенностей было проведено в двух компаниях: машиностроения и фармацевтической промышленности. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ отраслевых особенностей, которые следует учитывать при внедрении систем класса ERP. В рамках работы были описаны AS IS бизнес процессы компании, и выделены требования к автоматизации. Были описаны предложенные архитектурные решения. Проанализирована деятельность компании, описаны отраслевые особенности.

Description of business processes, the allocation of industry features was carried out in two companies: engineering and pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the industry features that should be taken into account when implementing ERP systems. As part of the work, AS IS business processes of the company were described, and the requirements for automation were highlighted. The proposed architectural solutions were described. The activity of the company is analyzed, branch features are described.
