Abstract

This study outlines the nature, functions and chemical properties of exosomes. The features of exosomes produced by tumor cells are also described. The methods of isolation and analysis of exosomes of biological material have been studied. A number of laboratory studies have been carried out to judge the possibility of using prostate-specific exosomes for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
