Abstract

Currently digitization has taken a very important role both in industrial environments, as in everyday life. Digitization can be conceived as the storage of real data in digital data such as: a hard disk, a server or a cloud of information on the Internet. The stored data makes a fictisia and conceptual representation of an element of an object or operation, ideally saved as a list of characteristics, a 3d model or a state machine. Quality control are tools and mechanisms that involve inspection, control and management of a product or process. In the quality control you can also apply the processes related to the digitalization. In this particular case, a scan with a single camera and a record of the serial number of the product will be applied to the database. The process of quality control was mounted on a conveyor belt that carries the products through different stages until their completion. One of the last prepackage stages is the quality control where an RFID sensor detects the object and gives the order to the camera to start scanning. This scan is stored in a database together with the product number read from the RFID sensor. Most of this work focuses on the installation of the quality control module and the analysis of the 3d model generated by single-chamber scanning. All this in order to have a model very close to reality with which you can compare the expected product with the manufactured product.
