Abstract

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрен вопрос сохранения и использования объекта культурного наследия «Комплекс бывших казарм Новочеркасского полка», а так же интеграция в процесс реконструкции информационного моделирования. Рассмотрен мировой опыт использования казарм, разработаны проектные решения по реконструкции комплекса, предложена схема процесса реконструкции с использованием информационного моделирования, а так же посчитана экономическая эффективность предложенных вариантов.

The master's thesis deals with the preservation and use of the object of cultural heritage "Complex of the former barracks of the Novocherkassk regiment", as well as integration into the process of reconstruction of information modeling. The world experience of use of barracks is considered, design decisions on reconstruction of a complex are developed, the scheme of process of reconstruction with use of information modeling is offered, and also economic efficiency of the offered options is considered.
