Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· проводимых мероприÑтий по контролю качеÑтва продукции общеÑтвенного питаниÑ, поиÑк Ñлабых меÑÑ‚ ÑиÑтемы гоÑударÑтвенного ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð¸ разработка предложений по ее ÑовершенÑтвованию. Ðа оÑнове проанализированных ÑпоÑобов гоÑударÑтвенного ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð° территории РоÑÑийÑкой Федерации и за рубежом были выÑвлены оÑновные недоÑтатки ÑиÑтемы контролÑ, по причине которых в Ñфере общеÑтвенного Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²ÑтречаетÑÑ Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ðµ количеÑтво некачеÑтвенной продукции. Были внеÑены Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы гоÑударÑтвенного ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ñ‡ÐµÑтва и нормативно-правовой базы, что позволит Ñделать деÑтельноÑть предприÑтий общеÑтвенного Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ прозрачной и убрать Ñ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ° недоброÑовеÑтных предпринимателей.
The object of the research is the methods of state control over the quality of catering products. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the measures taken to control the quality of catering products, to find the weak points of the state control system and to develop proposals for its improvement. On the basis of the analyzed methods of state control on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, the main shortcomings of the control system were identified, due to which a huge amount of low-quality products are found in the catering industry. Proposals were made to improve the system of state quality control and the regulatory framework, which will make catering operations more transparent and remove unfair entrepreneurs from the market.
