Оптимизация способов государственного контроля в сфере общественного питания

Abstract

Объектом исследования являются способы государственного контроля за качеством продукции общественного питания. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ проводимых мероприятий по контролю качества продукции общественного питания, поиск слабых мест системы государственного контроля и разработка предложений по ее совершенствованию. На основе проанализированных способов государственного контроля на территории Российской Федерации и за рубежом были выявлены основные недостатки системы контроля, по причине которых в сфере общественного питания встречается огромное количество некачественной продукции. Были внесены предложения по совершенствованию системы государственного контроля качества и нормативно-правовой базы, что позволит сделать деятельность предприятий общественного питания более прозрачной и убрать с рынка недобросовестных предпринимателей.

The object of the research is the methods of state control over the quality of catering products. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the measures taken to control the quality of catering products, to find the weak points of the state control system and to develop proposals for its improvement. On the basis of the analyzed methods of state control on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, the main shortcomings of the control system were identified, due to which a huge amount of low-quality products are found in the catering industry. Proposals were made to improve the system of state quality control and the regulatory framework, which will make catering operations more transparent and remove unfair entrepreneurs from the market.
