Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð—ÐО «Син Про». Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию учёта оплаты труда и внутреннего ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ оплате труда в компании ЗÐО «Син Про». Ð’ процеÑÑе иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð° проанализирована оценка порÑдка учёта и ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ ÑоÑтавных Ñлементов ÑиÑтемы оплаты труда в компании ЗÐО «Син Про». При проведении проверок в разрезе Ñлементов оплаты труда был выÑвлен Ñ€Ñд проблем, таких как отÑутÑтвие графика документооборота Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ñчёта заработной платы, отÑутÑтвие резерва на оплату отпуÑков, а также проблемы при оформлении аванÑовых отчётов по командировкам Ñотрудников. Ð’ результате была разработана методика Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемы внутреннего ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ оплате труда в ЗÐО «Син Про». Помимо Ñтого, был разработан график документооборота, раÑÑчитан резерв на оплату отпуÑков и разработано приложение к положению о командировках.
The object of the study is JSC "Sin Pro". The purpose of the final qualifying work is the development of measures to improve the accounting of labor remuneration and internal control over labor remuneration in the company CJSC “Sin Proâ€. In the course of the study, an assessment of the procedure for accounting and control of the components of the remuneration system in the company CJSC “Sin Pro†was analyzed. When conducting inspections in terms of wage elements, a number of problems were identified, such as the lack of a workflow schedule for calculating wages, the absence of a reserve for vacation pay, and problems in drawing up advance reports on staff travel. As a result, a methodology was developed for introducing the system of internal control over labor remuneration in CJSC “Sin Pro†In addition, a workflow schedule was developed, a reserve for vacation pay was calculated and an annex to the travel regulations was developed.
