Работа поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию емкоÑтного датчика Ñилы, его завиÑимоÑти от внешних факторов. ВозможноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐµÐ¼ÐºÐ¾Ñтного датчика Ñилы вмеÑто тензорезиÑторных датчиков, Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ñ… в производÑтво. Изучение завиÑимоÑти емкоÑти от окружающих факторов. При помощи метода наименьших квадратов удалоÑÑŒ оценить погрешноÑти чувÑтвительноÑти и погрешноÑть Ð½ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‡Ð¸ÐºÐ°.
