Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованию емкостного датчика силы, его зависимости от внешних факторов. Возможности использования емкостного датчика силы вместо тензорезисторных датчиков, внедрения их в производство. Изучение зависимости емкости от окружающих факторов. При помощи метода наименьших квадратов удалось оценить погрешности чувствительности и погрешность нуля датчика.

The work is devoted to the study of the capacitive force sensor, its dependence on external factors. The possibility of using a capacitive force sensor instead of a strain gauge sensor, their introduction into production. The study of the dependence of capacity from environmental factors. With the help of the method of least squares, it was possible to estimate the sensitivity errors and the error of the sensor zero.
