Abstract

В данной работе изложен полный экскурс в средства противодействия терроризму, технические и физические, определены угрозы объектам социального назначения и средств противодействия им. Изучены разработки в этих сферах и разработана модель защиты объекта социального назначения с поэтапной барьерной защитой от возможных атак террористического характера на примере Санкт-Петербургского Политехнического Университета имени Петра Великого, его территории, площадок и главного кампуса.

In this work, we set out the full insight into the means of combating terrorism, and identified threats to social facilities and means of countering them. The authors studied developments in these areas and developed a model for the protection of a social object with a phased barrier protection against possible terrorist attacks on the example of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, its territory, sites and the main campus.realization of a dynamic information portal on an example of a portal of the chosen subjects is developed.
