Abstract

Объектом исследования является нормативно-правовая база в вопросах безопасности и охраны труда, статистика несчастных случаев на производстве. Автор провел исследование обеспечения безопасности труда в строительстве. Научная задача: состоит в анализе и сравнении нормативно-правовых документов по охране труда в строительстве и анализе травматизма на производстве. В бакалаврской работе изложены основные проблемы обеспечения безопасности труда и снижения травматизма в строительной сфере, рассмотрены основные причины травматизма, проведено сравнение производственного травматизма, сравнение СНиП 12-03-2001 и Правил по охране труда в строительстве №336н. В результате проделанной работы проведен анализ и сравнение нормативно-правовых документов в области охраны труда, сравнение производственного травматизма.

The subject of the study is the regulatory and legal framework in matters of safety and labor protection, statistics of occupational accidents. The author conducted a study on the safety of labor in construction. Scientific task: consists in the analysis and comparison of normative and legal documents on occupational safety in construction and analysis of injuries at work. The bachelor's work outlines the main problems of ensuring occupational safety and reducing injuries in the construction sector, examines the main causes of injuries, compares industrial injuries, compares SNiP 12-03-2001 and the Rules for Occupational Safety in Construction No. 336n. As a result of the work done, analysis and comparison of regulatory and legal documents in the field of occupational safety, comparison of occupational injuries was carried out.
