Abstract

Пособие подготовлено в соответствии с рабочей программой по физической культуре для студентов высших учебных заведений. Пособие предназначено для реализации дисциплин по ФГОС 49.03.01 «Физическая культура», а также для всех направлений подготовки ФГОС ВО при реализации элективных дисциплин по физической культуре. В пособии представлены научно-методические основы тренировки студентов по программе атлетической подготовки на тренажёрах в рамках учебной дисциплины «Физическая культура». Представлены базовые теоретические знания, разнообразные средства общефизической и специальной подготовки и методики их использования на разных этапах физического совершенствования. Пособие рекомендовано для студентов вузов и преподавателей кафедр физической культуры, для академических и самостоятельных занятий.
